These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BeeGoss application, website, features, content, marketplace services, events, communities, and related services operated by BeeGoss (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using BeeGoss, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

1. About BeeGoss

BeeGoss is a social marketplace and networking platform designed to help users:

• Discover nearby activities and events
• Create and join public or private events
• Connect with communities and people
• Purchase event tickets
• Access photography and event-related services
• Participate in social and community-based interactions

BeeGoss primarily acts as a technology platform and marketplace facilitator connecting users, organizers, creators, photographers, and service providers.

2. Eligibility

By using BeeGoss, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years old
• You have the legal authority to accept these Terms
• The information provided by you is accurate and truthful
• You will use the platform responsibly and lawfully

BeeGoss reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate eligibility requirements.

3. User Accounts

Users may be required to create an account to access certain platform features.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account confidentiality
• Protecting login credentials
• Activities occurring under your account
• Ensuring provided information remains accurate

BeeGoss reserves the right to suspend, restrict, verify, or terminate accounts in cases involving:

4. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Use BeeGoss for unauthorized commercial activities

BeeGoss reserves the right to remove content, restrict visibility, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users without prior notice if violations are detected.

5. Events & Activities

BeeGoss enables users and organizers to create, host, promote, and participate in activities and events.

By participating in any activity or event, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Event details are primarily managed by the respective organizers
• Participation is voluntary and at your own risk
• BeeGoss does not guarantee event quality, attendance, legality, execution, or safety
• Offline interactions and experiences are outside BeeGoss’s direct control

Users are encouraged to exercise personal judgment and maintain appropriate safety precautions while attending offline activities or events.

6. Private Events & Community Features

BeeGoss may offer private event features, community interactions, invitation-based access, and social discovery tools.

Users agree:

• Not to misuse private community information
• Not to share restricted event details without permission
• To respect privacy and consent of other users
• To comply with community guidelines and moderator decisions

BeeGoss reserves the right to remove communities, events, or users violating platform standards.

7. Organizer Responsibilities

Event organizers are solely responsible for:

• Accuracy of event information
• Event planning and execution
• Venue arrangements
• Permissions, licenses, or approvals
• Safety measures and attendee management
• Delivering promised experiences or services

BeeGoss does not independently verify all organizers or event claims.

BeeGoss may remove, suspend, restrict, or investigate events that violate platform policies or applicable laws.

8. Marketplace & Payments

BeeGoss operates as a marketplace and facilitation platform.

The platform may:

• Charge subscription fees to organizers
• Charge listing or promotional fees
• Retain convenience or platform fees
• Process ticket-related transactions
• Facilitate photography or media-related services

Event ticket revenue primarily belongs to the respective organizers, subject to applicable platform fees and operational policies.

Photography or media-related charges primarily belong to the respective photographers or service providers.

BeeGoss reserves the right to:

• Modify pricing
• Change subscription plans
• Update fee structures
• Introduce paid features
• Apply transaction-related charges

without prior notice.

9. Payment Processing

Payments made through BeeGoss may be processed using authorized third-party payment gateways and financial service providers.

By making payments on BeeGoss, users agree that:

• Payment information may be processed securely by payment partners
• BeeGoss does not store complete banking or card details
• Additional taxes, gateway fees, or transaction charges may apply
• Transaction failures caused by third-party providers are outside BeeGoss’s direct control

10. No Refund Policy

All payments made on BeeGoss are final and non-refundable.

This includes:

• Event ticket purchases
• Organizer subscriptions
• Listing fees
• Platform fees
• Photography or media-related payments
• Promotional or advertising purchases
• Other paid services

Once payment is successfully completed, no refund, cancellation, reversal, or exchange shall be provided under normal circumstances.

11. Event Cancellations & Disputes

If:

• An event is cancelled
• An event is postponed
• An organizer fails to deliver services
• A dispute arises between users and organizers
• A user is dissatisfied with third-party services

BeeGoss acts solely as a platform facilitator and is not obligated to provide refunds or compensation unless BeeGoss independently decides otherwise.

Any resolution shall remain subject to:

• Organizer policies
• Internal review
• Applicable laws
• Platform-level decisions made by BeeGoss

BeeGoss reserves the right to take the final operational decision in exceptional cases.

12. Photography & Media Services

Certain events or activities may involve third-party photographers, videographers, or media providers.

Users acknowledge that:

• Media services are primarily managed by respective providers
• Delivery timelines and editing styles may vary
• BeeGoss does not guarantee media quality or satisfaction
• Uploaded event media may be used for promotional or operational purposes subject to platform permissions

BeeGoss shall not be held liable for dissatisfaction involving third-party media services.

13. Third-Party Services

BeeGoss may contain integrations, links, or services related to third parties including:

• Payment gateways
• Organizers
• Venues
• Photographers
• Service providers
• External platforms

BeeGoss is not responsible for third-party actions, services, content, policies, or outcomes.

Users interact with third parties at their own discretion and risk.

14. Intellectual Property

All BeeGoss branding, logos, designs, technology, content, software, platform features, and visual elements are owned by BeeGoss or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

Users may not:

• Distribute
• Sell
• Reproduce
• Reverse engineer
• Commercially exploit

any BeeGoss materials without prior written permission.

Users retain ownership of content uploaded by them but grant BeeGoss a limited, non-exclusive license to:

such content for platform-related operations and promotional activities.

15. Content Moderation

BeeGoss reserves the right to:

• Review user-generated content
• Remove violating content
• Restrict event visibility
• Suspend communities
• Restrict features
• Ban harmful users

Moderation decisions may be made at BeeGoss’s sole discretion.

16. Safety Disclaimer

BeeGoss does not conduct complete background verification of all users, organizers, photographers, attendees, or service providers.

Users participate and interact at their own discretion and risk.

BeeGoss shall not be responsible for:

• Offline incidents
• Personal disputes
• Injuries
• Theft
• Fraud
• Misconduct
• Property damage
• Financial losses
• Safety-related incidents occurring during activities or events

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BeeGoss shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Event cancellations
• User disputes
• Technical interruptions
• Third-party misconduct
• Unauthorized access
• Security breaches
• Service downtime
• Data loss

Use of BeeGoss is entirely at your own risk.

18. Account Suspension & Termination

BeeGoss reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts if users:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in harmful behavior
• Abuse the platform
• Create safety risks
• Conduct fraudulent activity
• Repeatedly violate community standards

BeeGoss may remove access without prior notice.
